Saturday Club

Our Saturday club caters for children from five to twenty one plus.

At FLAG GRIMSBY, we aim to provide a warm and stimulating environment allowing the children to learn and develop freely.

Social Interaction is a key objective for FLAG GRIMSBY, so we like to encourage constructive recreation, indoor team building and outdoor pursuits. We often go on local trips and you will have to sign a generic form to give your consent to cover these, this is part of the referral process.

Some of the activities we provide at the Saturday club are the same as the Juniors and Seniors Club.

  • Shopping.
  • Cooking.
  • Dinner parties and picnics.
  • Arts & crafts including card and gift making.

We help the children to develop responsibility for themselves become competent, confident, independent and co-operative individuals through the activities we provide such as shopping trips, learning to cook, preparing for and partaking in dinner parties and picnics.

We also encourage Arts, crafts, card and gift making. For each child we undergo regular monitoring and evaluation of our services to ensure that the clubs activities promote each child’s social, physical, moral and intellectual development and we continue to meet the needs of child.
